Don't let the name fool you. These are named Euro after the way they look, not the wat they kick. The Moana Euro Blades are engineered for freedivers and spearfishers who demand precision, power, and a setup that's designed for the person who demands the most out of their freediving blades. 

The Euro is the blade that can do it all, and do it all extremely well. It is constructed out of the same Carbon Fiber systems used by btoh the US military as well as aerospace companies, giving it an incredibly durable lamination. Our shorter profile creates a more maneuverable blade, and the concave tip profile helps with the flow of water as it spills off of the blade. This shape also protects the tip from damage from boat hatches, rocks, coolers, and other objects that can be hazardous to the .035 inch thick Carbon Fiber.

The euro blade feature a very progressive flex profile. Here is what that means: The tip is very light and responsive which  provides excellent energy transfer without wearing you out. As you start to kick harder, the blade gets progressively stiffer towards the foot. When you really need all of your power, for situations like fighting current or wrestling a big fish, or chasing after a boat that is drifting away, our fins feature a very stiff base which allows you to transfer your power into forward speed. This progressive flex is what sets Moana apart from a lot of our competitors. While other companies focus on pure freediving efficiency, we focus on practical every day use and durability. If you're looking to set a free diving world record then the Moana euro blade might not be the best choice. But if you are looking to jump off the rocks into the ocean when there's a large ground swell and then kick out a mile into the surf so you can go blue water spearfishing and wrestle the largest fish of your life, then you've come to the right place. That's the scenario we designed our equipment to thrive in.

The euro profile blade is our best selling design worldwide. This is especially true in our home area of South Florida and the Bahamas. Our customers have found this blade to be a complete game changer for diving in our subtropical conditions where most dives are less than 120 feet deep, involve lots of surface swimming, and weight belts have less than 10-12 lbs on them.  

When ordering select your blade stiffness, choose your color, and spec your rail system — every detail dialed in before it ships. Please note that our stiffness scale is not the same as our European and other imported competitors. Our blades are designed to fit the diving style and leg strength of American Diver, who are typically larger and stronger than most other regions. A rough comparison would be to say that the Euro soft is comparable to a medium or even a stiff on a European blade.

• Euro Soft — Effortless kick cycle, ideal for relaxed dives, beginners building technique, or experienced divers who prefer a light blade so that they can reduce leg fatigue. 
• Euro Medium — The all-around performer, balancing efficiency and thrust for most conditions. The euro medium is our most popular blade. 
• Euro Stiff — Maximum power transfer for strong kickers and deep-water hunting. If you are an absolute beast in the water with very strong legs, then this blade could work for you.
